Well that file belongs to direct draw, which is a componant of Directx. Directx is a part of the OS so you just cant remove it/reinstall it. Go to microsoft.com/directx , and download the newest version. That should fix the ddraw prob

Well that should have worked, time for drastic action
The only way to reinstall directx, is to rename dxmigr.dll and reinstall win98/ME, if you need help doing this follow http://support.microsoft.com/support/kb/articles/Q306/4/23.ASP
Also running setup /ND from a command prompt will do this, but it will blow out everything. Make sure you have all your email, etc backed up before doing setup /ND (case sensitive).
