| Hi friends, My DVD-ROM works fine with CD but lately does not recognize DVD films. The original drivers for the DVD-ROM are OK but neither Windows Media Player, Power DVD or other players can play pictures. Thanks in advance for any idea on how to fix this Arturo |

| installed the power dvd software to play the dvds. media player can not play the dvds. drivers are not installed properly. so uninstalled the drivers and installed again. ---------------------------------------------- computer support, computer repair |
