Hello , this is my first time on the forum and I could use some knowlegable information . I'm thinking of building a new pc and the choices are staggering . I now am running a Pentium 4 3.2 GHZ. on a Asus P5AD2 Premium mother board with 3 GB. of PC2-4200 (240 pin) memory and a Antec 430 watt power unit . I will list below the components that I am thinking of getting (minus the listed power unit) , I'm sorry to say that I haven't kept up with the latest processor or memory technology , my question is will my 430 watt power unit be good enough for this new build and most of all are these components going to be a faster end result even though the quad four proc is rated at 2.4 GHZ. also on some web sites they say that the Q660 is a 4MB L2 cache others say it is 8 MB. is there a big advantage in one or the other ? Are these components a good choice ?Any other advise ? Thanks for any reply , thegovernor
