Here's the link to download the ISO file. You'll need a drive that writes to DVD's, and burning software such as Nero. Note that this ISO file is specifically to create a DVD (not a CD). http://thesource.ofallevil.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=B8144EBA-9EFD-475F-9DD3-A264A00BF5A1&displaylang=en ---------------------------------------------- Work is for people who don't know how to surf Gateway Performance 700C - P4 1.8gz, 1gig RAM, ATi Radeon 9550; SB Audigy SE; Windows Vista Business, Photoshop CS3, Nikon D200

There should be an option to burn ISO image. Check the help files. It's been years since I used Roxio (conflicts w/ other programs) so I can't give you specifics. ---------------------------------------------- Work is for people who don't know how to surf Gateway Performance 700C - P4 1.8gz, 1gig RAM, ATi Radeon 9550; SB Audigy SE; Windows Vista Business, Photoshop CS3, Nikon D200

You'll have to check the documentation for the above link. As it's a release candidate, Microsoft provides limited information. When setting up Server 2003 for the first time, you have to provide a password for the main Admin account. Chances are that's what you have to do at the point you're at - Choose a new password. ---------------------------------------------- Work is for people who don't know how to surf Gateway Performance 700C - P4 1.8gz, 1gig RAM, ATi Radeon 9550; SB Audigy SE; Windows Vista Business, Photoshop CS3, Nikon D200

[/QUOTE] when windows server 2008 asks if you want to create a password it totally skips password creation step and then it wont let me create a password even if there is a password created by the setup process or maybe not by the process. again it SKIPPED the admin login and would not let me create a password. i think that windows assumed there was already a password and that why it skipped it. should i try reinstalling the os? maybe burn another cd? i used easy media creator 10 not deluxe
