| Hello folks just found this forum tonight. Looks like a good spot to help me answer a couple of network issues I have. I want to build a wireless network from my house to my shop that is 110ft. (line of sight) from the house. My shop is a steel sided structure so the antenna would have to be mounted on the out side. I was thinking about two directional antennas of some sort, that way I won’t be radiating in every direction. Looking for some ideas. For what it is worth, I have a couple of computers and network cameras on a network in the house. I use wireless and hard wire network. The equipment in my shop will be a PC, networked printer and network cameras hooked up to a wireless router. The PC, printer will be wired into the ports of the router |
