Actually the _xp at the end means its a roxio update. Version 5 of there software does not have the _xp at the end. Use sigverif.exe to remove the problem driver (s). What probably happened is this person didnt follow the directions exactly right on the roxio website.

| Better yet remove roxio and install nero :) |
