| i have a swann tv card and when i go to open it , it sais cannot find video capture device they first told me to put the card in another slot on the motherboard uninstall all the drivers and then reinstall them , ive done that but its still the same so then i reinstalled XP and did it all again still nothing any help would be appreciated thankyou |
