| Download/run both Spybot and Adaware (from www.download.com). Also, make sure your AV is up to date and run that. as noted above, clear out both the cache and cookies from IE and also go into the temp folder (c:\documents and settings\your folder\Temp - to access it, go under Tools\Folder Options and click the View tab.
