| I'm @ssuming the problem is on your home computer (and home ISP), and the "other systems" you refer to are business systems. If I'm wrong, let me know. If this is the case, I'd first contact your ISP and have them check the connection from the server you connect to, to your home. If there's a problem in the line itself, it needs to get repaired. Beyond that, what AV and firewall do you have installed?
