I'd bet your ISP identifies you thru the MAC address (i.e. the physical address) of your ethernet card. What you need to do is to add this address to the router so that the router transmits it to the ISP. To do this, go to the command prompt of your PC and type in ipconfig /all and hit enter. Write down the MAC address. Then, go into your router's setup and go to the MAC Clone tab (see your routers documentation on how to do this) and type in the address.
