First, a little lesson in posting - you need to be a little (actually, a lot) clearer and provide more info. Not everyone knows what Intel PROSet is. Second, since this most likely applies to a laptop, the mfgr of your laptop (along with the model) might help. Third, your opening paragraph makses no sense as there is no explanation. So, that being said, my best guess is you're looking to figure out if your wireless network card will work under Vista w/o any problems. The software program that Intel provides is designed for WinXP. I checked MS and Intel and they indicated that a driver will be available, but one isn't ready yet. You may want to try to install Vista on your laptop and see if the driver is automatically built into Vista. MS has been good in spporting older equipment, including network drivers. ---------------------------------------------- Work is for people who don't know how to surf Gateway Performance 1800 - P4 1.8gz, 512mb RAM, nVidia 5200; SB Live Value; Windows XP Professional, Photoshop CS2, Nikon D200 and D100
