You need to post the FULL errmsg Sigalphrt. If you go to support.microsoft.com you'll see many articles that reference unknown_boot_error, and usually the error references a file such as file.sys. If you want to be helped, take a picture of the error and post the picture. Or type EVERYTHING the error says, even the "if this is the first time you've seen this stop error...".
You're probably installing a driver or 3rd party software causing this problem. -gosh |
