| When did this problem start - i.e. did it begin after you installed a particular program? ---------------------------------------------- Work is for people who don't know how to surf Gateway Performance 1800 - P4 1.8gz, 512mb RAM, nVidia 5200; SB Live Value; Windows XP Professional, Photoshop CS2, Nikon D200 and D100 |

| Hi everyone, i have a simular problem and i am having trouble trying to resolve. I am not very keyed up on computers but i have noticed recently that im getting a simluar runtime error only mine is internet explorer, when i click ok whatever site i am on goes down. I ran avg uninstalled avg, ran anti vir and it detected 3 viruses so i thought that must have been the problem. no, came back next time i got online. i downloaded advanced windowscare 2 and that hasnt fixed the issue...can anyone advise we have 5 people who use this computer so it is very frustrating... ---------------------------------------------- Ali |
