| If I recall, php requires MySQL. I was considering the same and Googled and found there are free versions of MySQL. Don't know about Dreamweaver, but NetObjects and CoffeeCup software both can create forms w/o the need of MySQL (both create a form where the info is e-mailed to whatever e-mail address you designate).
