Try mpaaing the nt share on the xp machine. Is this xp home or pro? XP home cannot join a domain, so that might be your problem there if your trying to run a login script or soemthing. If it gives an error what is the exact error message?
It sounds likea permission problem. Are you using the same account on the win98 and xp machine, or are you using a new account? Something on the nt server probably has to be changed. -gosh |

This sounds like a problem with your installation. DId you try a fresh install of XP?
I have no trouble connecting to server shares from XP (NT 4, 2000). |
