If your getting that at startup or when you open a app, you need to update your runtimes. Just go to microsoft.com/download and search for "libraries update".
However you are probably getting this error when you browse the web, maybe browsing 1 website. To fix that problem there's 3 solutions; 1 - start > run > regsvr32 urlmon.dll 2 - IE > tools > inet options > advanced > make sure 'disable script debugging' is checked 3 - Download a spyware removal tool at www.lavasoftusa.com Doing all 3 of those will fix you problem ;) good luck, tell me the results -gosh |
