Has this never worked? Does this happen with any theme or just 1 theme?
I went to support.microsoft.com, and searched plus 98 on sound, and found http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;Q187752 , it just says its a known problem. Try updating your sound drivers. -gosh |
