what you could do is delete the old licenses, and yes there is an article on how to do this on microsofts site. However what iw ould recommend is just disabling licensing. By default wmp will copywright all wma's and mp3's you make, so if you try to play them on another pc they wont play. Just go into wmp, options > tools > copy music, uncheck the box that says to protect media. There you go.
