buy real software such as nero, from www.ahead.de, it's worth the money. I would be very careful with roxio support, from experience theyll delete random stuff in the registry and make your pc worse than it was. Uninstall the software, if that fixes it go get real software, roxio seems to be breakware. I guess you could update the firmware but it really shouldn't be doing this.
