| There are several things that may be preventing your IT department from setting up a VPN. It may be part of the IT protocol/rules not to allow VPN's. They can present a security risk. Since you're using Outlook, best guess is that they're using MS Exchange Server to handle e-mail. | The Outlook Web Access may be all that they want to offer. You can only push!t so far until they "accidently" shut you out of everything. | Google is your friend. There's plenty of resources out there.
