Every version of Roxio's easy cd creator, even with all the patches, are known to cause this issue. Try to reinstall it if you want, but i recommend removing it permanatly. Roxio's software just has way to many issues with windows 2000 and windows xp, get a real cd burning software like nero. Nero is only 11 megs, and u only need 1 small update. Roxio is what, 120 megs? plus you need like 3 patches installed in a certain order, screw that.
