| I'd say the MS tech didn't know what he/she was talking about. At this point, it sounds like WinXP may be seriously goofed up. Back up your data and do a clean install. From there you should be able to install all updates including Media Player ---------------------------------------------- Work is for people who don't know how to surf Gateway Performance 1800 - P4 1.8gz, 512mb RAM, ATi Radeon 8500; SB Live Value; Windows XP Professional, Photoshop CS, Nikon D2Hs and D100 |
