| Can you provide some specs on your computer...i.e. which processor, how much RAM, and if you have a CD-RW and/or DVD-RW drive. Recommendation: If you have a CD/DVD-RW drive, back up your main files (My Documents, Favorites, email) on to a disc and do a clean format.
