| http://www.microsoft.com/press there are some good books there even though I am not a programmer. The MSDN library also has code samples, etc. which may be useful. |

| Michael, I would strongly recommend that if you're beginning to learn programming that you not start with C++. Starting with C++ is like starting to learn how to be a mechanic by rebuilding a 747 from the ground up.
