This will be fixed in later versions of windows. There is no way in the GUI to turn off popups. However you can use this reghack to disable them
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced Add this dword key: EnableBalloonTips http://support.microsoft.com/support/kb/articles/q307/7/29.asp |
