The first problem sounds like a bug. The second problem is either a problem with the program installed or you didn't choose the right option.
When you install a program, itll give you 2 options - install this program for all users, or just you. If you choose all uses, everyone will have access to it. If you dont get this option, the program is outdated and needs a patch. For more information: http://support.microsoft.com/support/kb/articles/Q301/4/94.ASP You can maually overcome this by going into the Documents and Settings folder, and copying your profile to others. |
