A kernel mode program generated an exception which the error handler didn’t catch. These are nearly always hardware compability issues (which sometimes means a driver issue or a need for a BIOS upgrade).

Had the same problem. Re-installed the video drivers. All is well.

Do a search at Microsoft's support site. STOP errors are almost always caused by hardware problems (oft times video card RAM that has crapped out)
