Apple has some of the older OS's available for download somewhere on their support site, but it's been eons since I've had to do this and I don't know exactly where they are. Also, it may only go up to System 6.
Otherwise, you'll have to find a friend with a copy of 7.6.1, which is what I recommend. System 7.5 was Apple's WindowsME [emote|:)]
I would not go to MacOS 8 or higher. You don't have much horsepower there to work with...
