| Couple of thoughts/questions 1. You didn't indicate which video card you're using. Check with the manufacturer and download the latest. 2. Are you running any utilities? i.e. antivirus, firewall, etc. Also, what programs do you have that load at startup? 3. As to mouse drivers, you really don't need to install the ones from MS and WinXP has native support built in. My first guess would be the video card drivers.
