| I would try contacting Microsoft and see what they do. I was very happy with them when my Intellimouse broke, they responded quickly and didn't give me any grief. |

| You should be sent a replacement cd totally for free. You should be able to activate w/o problems. There fone # is at support.microsoft.com -gosh |
