| Well do you get any errors? If so post the exact errors. Are there any resource conflicts? Is the modem on the HCL (www.microsoft.com/hcl)? What about lowering the connection speed (you do this in the modem's properties)? Can you query the modem? If you put the modem in another computer does it work fine? Does the box it came in say xp compatible? -gosh |
